It is easy! Grab a sktechbook for yourself or for a friend at any of our six TCPLS library locations. We want everyone to be creative and tell a story! Your sketchbook will live in one of our library locations (which, is your choice!) and travel whenever our Pop-Up Library is out and about.

Grab a Sketchbook
The first step is to pick up a sketchbook from your local Thomas County Public Library System location. Next, fill it up and return it to any of our locations to join the first Georgia Library local artist collection. Every participant gets the same 5” x 7” blank custom sketchbook. Each book will recieve its own unique library catalog barcode upon its return so it can be housed within our library system and viewed and borrowed for generations to come.

By participating in the Drawing in the Margins project, you are helping to strengthen our bonds to our residents as well as developing a distinctive collection of creative storytelling within our library system.
