The Thomas County Libraries gratefully accept donations and contributions. These can be in the form of materials, both print and non-print and monetary donations. There are many ways to get involved.

Ways to Give

Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Library provide needed support to the library through special events and programs, the Children's Summer Reading program, the purchase of needed equipment and more. Learn More.

With our Adopt-a-Book program, patrons get the benefit of purchasing a new book using the Library's discounted price. They also get the pleasure of being the first to read the new book. Finally, patrons get the satisfaction of turning over the book to the Library for other readers to enjoy. Our Adopt-a-Book program also includes the option of having materials added to our circulation as a memorial for a loved one. Call our Library for more information at (229) 225-5252.

General Donations

Library materials, utilities and staff all cost money. Help us make your library the resource you deserve by making a financial contribution.

Memorial Gifts

These donations preserve the memory of a special person. The items purchased with the memorial gift are given a bookplate with the name of the person honored. Call the Library for more information at (229) 225-5252.
